Extended base pads for Smith & Wesson M&P 9/40 CNC machined from USA 6061-T6511 aluminum and hard anodized for lasting durability & long service life. This lengthens the magazine .25" for easier, more reliable magazine changes. They are perfect for IDPA ESP and USPSA. They are used with the original basepad catch that is round. We will include a machined aluminum retaining plate if you currently have the square retaining plate. These were designed to put the magazine in at a straighter angle for speed reloads than the stock pad.
