Our 6" driving holsters are made of 100% top grain Hermann Oak veg tanned leather and are fully lined!
These holsters are an homage to the Bond Arms brand driving holsters (with a few modifications). We've modified the pattern to fit the 6" barrel pistols, widened the belt strap, and added an additional high-strength snap for additional holding power.
All of our snaps and fasteners are solid brass, nickel plated to insure they won't rust. These are genuine YKK brand, military spec, high strength retention spring snaps. We even add in an additional spring steel thumb break stiffener that's sandwiched between the layers of leather. All of the hardware that could be in contact with the firearm is embedded between the layers of leather to insure your firearm will not be scratched.
These are extremely high-quality, hand made holsters that (when properly maintained) will last a lifetime! Holster is designed to be worn at the WEAK SIDE APPENDIX position. Meaning, if you are right handed, holster would be worn on your left side appendix and pistol would be drawn from left to right
