Fits the gun well but adds a lot of thickness. The belt attachment allows the holster to lean outward away from my waist so it prints on all but the baggiest of shirts. I tried putting it inside the belt which sort of works but isn't particularly comfortable.

The major issue was the adjustment of the straps to hold my derringer in Hard to do but holster fits fine

I have a roughneck ordered the holster and it doesn't fit with the trigger guard. Quality is as expected but I wasted my money because im not taking off my trigger guard.
